Tuesday - What are you doing/eating today?
Congrats to all you that have dropped some pounds and to you that are taking it easy on yourself and all the wonderful ladies that post on here.
I'm hoping this is a better week for me, so far I'm moving in that direction.
Today's eats as I know them
Protein Shake
Cottage cheese and a bit of greek yogurt - dash of banana creme pudding
L: Lasanga Cupcakes
D: Oven baked sole
ES: 5 Minute Cake from Eggface mmmm yummy
Need to hit the gym and do a good hour of exercise tonight.
I'm hoping this is a better week for me, so far I'm moving in that direction.

L - Starkist Light Tuna mixed with Light Mayo, Green Onions and Garlic
D - Venison with Green Peppers and Onions
Snack Options at my Office : Beef Jerky, Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt, Jennie-O Turkey Breast and Cheese Cubes.

Yeah for all of you who are continuing to lose. I have been around 200 lbs. for 8-9 months....not complaining about that, but would like to lose 20 more pounds.....

B......protein coffee
S......?? Probably a piece of fruit....I stocked up on Sunday
L.......chicken fajita
S.......yogurt
D.......roast and carrots (maybe a slice of bread)
Evening treat........coffee with some flavoring added ( will have this, curled up with my dog.....I had to have his brother put down on Sunday and we are comforting each other). :(

Congrats to the losers! I need to get back to losing. I've been maintaining for a few months, which is great, but I still have some pounds that could go.

Snack #1 - Quest bar
Snack #2 - 1 cup Fage 0% with white chocolate pudding powder, pumpkin puree & spices
Dinner - Wendy's chili

Woohoo for all the weight loss! It's such an awesome thing to read about post-ops further out still doing their thing...very motivating!
I'm working today, had a no show right now and am waiting to head to my last appointment, pick up my boys and then start the evening routine. Today is Day 2 of Paleo Challenge. It's not so bad, actually. I'm trying something new and keeping track of not only what I'm eating but also what time. Getting back to basics and making sure I'm waiting the 45 minutes after eating to drink. It's kind of interesting refocusing like this. Anyway, eats today:
Breakfast: Southwestern Frittata w/ 2tbsp salsa
Lunch: 2c spring mix, 3oz Applegate Deli Turkey, 2tbsp Paleo friendly ranch and 1/2c strawberries
Dinner: Baked Mustard Lime Chicken and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Snacks: Nectarine, Apple w/ Almond Butter
Taking a rest day today, should have gotten up to run but my legs are sore from the millions squats yesterday so I think I'll just do a good stretching session later.
