I gotta get back into posting this. I like being accountable to what I said I was gonna eat.

So today is spin class after work. I just feel like I have so much crap to do! I like being busy to a point but...yeah. Plus I'm broke. And I hate being broke. Being broke bites! (Can I make that into a t-shirt???).

S'anyway...for dinner I am having...what'd I say? My last smothered porkchop? Yeah, I guess. I'm not that excited.

LORI - heads up...I've been working on a new BF creation - Taco EGG casserole! If I decide to do test #2 (I test recipes 3 times before posting) then I can have that for dinner. Sigh...it's not like I don't have an appetite. I just am generally not excited about eating. Blah!

Here's what else I had today:

1. Cottage cheese w/ sf peach butter
2. Click Vanilla Latte (and it made me feel funny) made with water
3. Tilapia w/ mixed veggies, an apple and a Calcet creamy bite
4. A homemade (well...office made) mocha

Sigh...I just...I dunno.

What's on your plate today?

WOOO HOOO! I am all about tacos, eggs.... together? Definitely will try it! Hoping to get the goods and make the Apple Brown Nik on Wednesday. As it is I make protein power balls pretty much every other day.... so far I love making them with banana protein! The chocolate was good, but my chocolate protein powder is like 200 cals a scoop - not "snack" material.

Anyway - today hasn't been too bad. Haven't nailed down dinner yet, it will either be steamed tilapia w/ cheese and onion and some sort of veggie, or Taco Casserole and some sort of veggies.

edited - did Spinnerval class... wow.  3 songs of spin then  stations of strength (50 sec work, 10 sec rest) - suicide jumps (burpees w/o the pushup), resistance band thrusters, high knees, BOSU ball pushup shuffles; then another 12-14 min of spin, circuits, more spin

Also called my primary doctor AGAIN about my cardiac testing results which were abnormal (Thursday is 3 weeks since the test, 2 wks since they told me there were abnormalities, and I haven't heard from them since).  Gave them my surgeon's fax number to send the results, he said he would get me checked out if it came down to it.

B - 6oz milk
L - tilapia w/ cheese /onion, english peas
S - protein power balls (made w/ reduced fat p butter this time)
- almonds
D -???
S - apple and cheese
- click (w/water)
- mint cookie protein (w/water)

4 slices thin deli turkey lunchmeat.  A bite of cottage cheese.  I licked the yogurt spoon when I was making tomorrow's breakfast.  Two pepperoncinis.  1 tbsp hummus with 8 cucumber slices.  A chocolate protein bar.  It's kind of like a nibble and bite dinner, but it works.

1080 calories in, 2450 calories burned.
