Losing hair, trouble with meats AND protien powders.....

I would love ideas and recipes to get more protein in. I am currently having a small decaf w/a 1/4 scoop of unjury choc in it.My biggest prob w/protein powders is the flavored are way to sweet ( I get nauseous) and other than putting the unflavored powder in soups and sauces I am not sure how to use it. (and i cant have the chicken soup unjury because I have CHF. to much sodium.)
I have been eating mostly chicken soups and stir fry/steamed foods they are the only ones that seem to sit well w/ minimal troubles.I am learning to cook all sorts of new things which is kind fun.(esp seance I have NEVER likes cooking before.)
If you all could pass along some more of your WONDERFUL tips and advice I would be sooo very very grateful.
My hair has always been my 1 beautiful attribute,an one of my hubby's fav things about me,so it is pretty emotional for me......

How about foods like Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, sliced cheese, beans, tofu, veggie burgers?

Hair loss post op can start at 3-4 months and typically ends at 8-9 months. Try an unflavored whey isolate protein in foods. It doesn't have the flavoring, so it will not taste as sweet. When using in hot foods, add your protein to abou 1- 1/2 oz of water and stir so it's like coffee creamer. Stir this into hot foods in a bowl. Adding protien powders directly to hot foods changes their appearance, where they become "clumpy". You'll still get protein benefit, but the chunky protein isn't too appetizing. MegaTek cream rinse will help. Don't get worried-but it's a product made for show horse mane and tails. It's made by Eqyys, owned by the company that makes Ovations hair therapy. Use your shampoo, and follow directions on MegaTak. Feed stores sell this product. Taking an inositol supplement will help also. It helps in hair shaft flexibility when hair begins growing back. Nothing will prevent the hair loss. Keep protein levels up, take your supplement, follow protocol to help the process. Minimize too much hair brushing, minimize "hair treatments" (coloring, perms, etc.) to help lower hair shaft breakage. Hair loss varies between pateints too--some worse than others. In some pateints, hair may change post op. Soft hair may become coarse, or the opposite. Straight hair may become curly, or the opposite. DAVE

Also I recommend greek yogurt, skim milk, and cheese. These are all good sources of protein.
