Ok! Up and at 'em! What are you eating/doing today?

Cleaning the car, shopping, taking pup for a walk in the park so I can get my 5000 steps in today (10000 seems so far away). Still not eating 800 calories or getting my protein and water amounts correct.
B-white chicken chili
L-lentils,fat free sour cream, salsa, fat free cheese
D-fat free cottage cheese
S-atkins mocha latte shake
S-rice pudding sf
I need to add another shake if I can choke it down but I am really getting tired of them.

Getting ready for Rosh Hashanah. Having 20 people over for dinner, and I always love to put out a spread, so it's been a crazy week of prep, shopping, and planning.
Also getting back into Crossfit after a three week break and training for the Warrior Dash coming up in (gasp!) two weeks.
Starting to shrink out of my 10's, which is a little alarming. My inner fat kid doesn't know how to handle the idea of being in single digits. 18 pounds from my goal weight. We'll see where I go from there, but...wow. 18 pounds. Crazy.
Breakfast was an Atkins shake and a couple apple slices.
Had a greek yogurt for snack.
Lunch was a cranberry and chicken gorgonzola salad.
Had a large skinny iced latte for an afternoon treat.
Dinner was a chicken pesto ravioli Healthy Choice steamer.
Enjoying a glass of wine right now. (slowly)
It's been a good day.
