surgery count down help please

I am getting everything i need to be prepared for surgery and need some advise on vits and where to get them the best ones and the protein powder you put in brooth and stuff the one that has no taste where do i find this and what is called. I know i need a lot of vitaims but i dont know which ones to get and can i get them at walmart or a place similar. Please help me i have 2 weeks left.

Hi I got surgery coming up on Sep 18th.  I bought my Calcium and VitD in a chew at CVS.  It was buy 1 get 1 for $6 bucks. THey are really good.  I got flinstsones vitamins(generic kind) for 3 dollars at walmart. I also got the VIT B12 there.  Make sure it is sublingual.. My WHEY I got at wlamart.  I got the vanilla kind.  I mix it with MIO in my water.  Each scoop is 26g protein.  It taste like creamsicle when I mix it.  It only cost 15 dollars.  Good luck to you.

thank you so much, can you putt he whey vanilla in your brooth because i would think vanilla and chicken brooth might taste gross. so can i get the gummie multi vit for adults.

Yes, my aunt takes gummy multi vitamins 2 a day.  I use vanilla whey in my drinks brcause im not a broth drinker.
