I'd like to propose that we stop trying to avoid repetitive posts...
Yeah, I skip LOTS of kinds of posts to keep my head from exploding... ones on the early stall, the "am I done losing already" posts, anything about how much weight someone has lost or what size jeans they just bought, almost everything about exercise that is NOT posted by Paul (!)... but occasionally I get tricked into opening one because of a vague title... and those seem to be increasing... so now I have also stopped opening most posts with vague "help", "please tell me", "what is this?" titles.

Lori, I absolutely agree and I'm a vet. I do try to keep it simple and helpful AND I "try" to respect others. There are some that are "above the newbies" IMO that want to talk down to them. I've just gotten to the point even reading the other vets threads drives me crazy some days.
YES, we've all been in fear period to a degree. Some people tend to research for themselves and ask questions after where others prefer to just post without researching. That's OK, if I can't add value to a thread then I just close it instead of being snarky.
Oh boy I'm on a tangent today, I'm also seeing some post-ops less than a year or two out that are feeding on the drama they can create by being the know it alls. Maybe it's time for me to take a break from the boards, you have no idea how many threads I open and close lately to avoid saying something I may regret.
