what is your exercise routine. im 2 weeks post op and getting so discouraged with the choice i made to have the surgery.
exercise? hah! that's a curse word to me. Seriously I was very discouraged at 2 weeks like you I had buyer's remorse through week 3 and by a month out I was feeling much better. I walked on the treadmill for 10-15 minutes in my basement 3 -4 times a week the first couple of weeks and then like always work and life got in the way of even that little amount. And seriously I've never liked working out. I have spent most weekends since surgery at the beach with my family swimming since I healed up at 3 weeks. I really enjoyed that. I will be starting yoga again next month when my work week goes back to 5 days instead of 7. When I slow down or stop losing I may examine going to the gym or something but at this point I'm not. Oh but the more I lose the more clothes I need so I am getting a ton of walking in going to every resale shop I can find. I used to shop maybe 1-2 times a year so I guess that counts?!
