Ok  Today is my first night back to work since surgery. I hope I can stay awake
 Breakfast Celebrate ENS protein shake with1% milk
Lunch Eggface Ricotta Bake
Dinner  Pureed chicken with salsa and laughing cow wedge
Snack 1cottage cheese with small amt ranch dressing
Snack 2 peanut butter and applesauce
 Exercise Walk Away the Pound 3 mile walk.

brrr it was cold here this morning!  I have been up since 5 am!  Dropped the kiddo off at school, got an oil change, and went grocery shopping.  I have been productive! 

I am getting ready to lay down and nap for a couple of hours, I am beat!  Then off to pick up the kiddo from school.

D-I have some pork chops I need to cook.

It's a beautiful day in Cincinnati today!  The sun is shining and a high of 75 degrees! 

B - CARBmasters yogurt with Special K protein cereal
S - Apple slices
L - 2 oz of pulled pork on 1/2 ww bun
S - a couple of baked doritos
D - unsure
S - protein drink

Since today is so lovely, tonight I'm going to take my girls (dogs) for a walk with a couple of my really good friends.

It is amazingly gorgeous weather here.... I don't know how to act with low humidity!

GAH! I have to do a job shadow at a branch office today ... not thrilled.
This morning I helped my mom and then heading north to a cousin's house. She had double shoulder surgery and is finding it too difficult to tend her cat (that was dumped on her by a neighbor abandoning it). I offered to take her on the condition my cousin knows it will have to be an outside cat. (I have tons of outbuildings, a huge hay room that stays warm, safe places to hide,no busy roads, etc). After getting the cat I will dress up to go do 3 hours in Hades... I mean, a branch office... then wor****il 0100.

 Well stepped on the scale this morning and I'm officially down 102 pounds from the morning of surgery!  Only 7 more pounds till Onderland *squee*  My stall seems to be broken and things are going better the last couple weeks, so here's hoping it was a momentary blip on my journey!

It's gorgeous outside but stuck inside working, will walk at lunch (4 KMs) and tonight bike I think, at least for an hour.  It's getting dark here earlier now :((

Eats today so far

Muscle Milk (bought and not my favorite but have to use up)
MS - cottage cheese with sf pistachio pudding mix
L:  Tuna on ryvita (lil mayo and olives in the mix)
D:  Lasanga cupcakes I think
ES:  Protein decaf coffee likely

 Doing: running 3 miles in the am, then to LabCorp for routine labs, then work, then run for 1.5 miles then cleaning....... then I'm gonna fall on the floor into a useless heap!

Eating:
B- nothing because I was fasting!!!! ugh!

D- probably anything that isn't nailed down! For reals, probably white meat turkey burger, spinach & greek yogurt,

Better late than never posting, right?

Breakfast: Mocha Latte protein shake
Lunch: Leftover steak with two bites of potato
Snack: One Dove chocolate, a few Cheez It crackers
Dinner: Homemade beef stew
Snack: Apple with greek yogurt

And I already drank my protein drink today so all the rest of my drinks can be whatever I want! Well, water or crystal light or diet iced tea...but no more protein drinks for the day!

BIG milestone today - back to the YMCA for the cardio class and the strength training class I used to do all the time. May not be able to walk tomorrow but today I felt STRONG and so proud of my accomplishment!
