Me. I just started my 2 weeks of optifast today... It's been a little rough but I've made it through the day and can say I'm one step closer to a healthier me!
Well congratulations to everyone. I think it would be awesome for all of us to help each other.
I think the biggest thing I've been doing is trying to get use to the liquid diet. I've been replacing many meals with Atkin shakes and protein drinks. I've also been making my list, so far it include:
a pillow, chapstick, slippers... I've been trying to read as many posts as possible and they are all helpful but I still feel like I'm going to forget major things. Like my vitamins.
