How to search old posts?

Other than scrolling through hundreds of posts, how do I search older posts for my questions.  I  know they've been asked a hundred times and instead of posting a new one I would like to look at older posts.  Such as

1. what questions should I ask my surgeon at my pre-op
2. What are some good suggestions during the liquid phase
3. What should I bring to the hospital


Stuff like that.

 The search engine here sucks.  The best way to do it is to use google, and specify "site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/rny"

Try this:

"questions" "doctor" site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/rny

Click on "MY OH" on the top right of your screen. On that page look to the left and look down a little on the list of options. Click on "My Posts" and it will show you all your posts and responses to other member's posts.
