Went for a 5 mile walk in the rain with hubby which means I walked my ass off because he's "The Pace Setter" which makes me want to punch him even though I need the challenge! The rain felt nice, tho!

Eats:
B1--mocha protein shake
B2--bacon, egg, cheese on 1/2 arnold sandwich thin
L--Greek yogurt with a touch of granola
Sn--protein coffee
D--eh, we'll see...

Happy Labor Day! And Nik I'm in the flea boat too with five animals in the house!! We're working on it but it's a giant pain in the patootie! Good luck to ya!

Stayed up past midnigh****ching a movie so slept in while boneless beef ribs cooked in BQ sauce in the crockpot.  Lunch was a boneless rib with a small bite of potatoe salad, baked beans and roll.  Don't have a clue what we'll have for dinner.

 Relaxing day today...had my nails and toes done in anticipation of our trip to Hawaii next week while my husband went to see a horror movie.  He is going to Hawaii on business and since we work at the same place, I am taking off to go with him.  Afterwards, we went on a beautiful drive and had an early dinner at Pirates Cove in Edgewater, MD.

Breakfast:
1 egg baked omelet with turkey sausage, roasted red peppers and roasted red onion and fresh smoked monzerrella 
1 slice of bacon

Snack:
sugar free latte

Lunch:
Luna cherry chocolate protein bar

Dinner: from the grilled seafood plate...still have a ton of leftovers
baked silver dollar crab cake
two baked clam casino
one bite of grilled salmon
1 large grilled scallop
1 large grilled shrimp
a couple of bites of baked potato and a couple of bites of an incredible cucumber salad

Snack:
sugar free latte

Later snack:
1/2 a Special K blueberry pastry crisp
