LABOR DAY! Whatcha eating/doing?
Today is Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer. After today all the public pools are closed, the beach is only open limited hours on the weekend. And you choose to...make it rain on Labor Day?

So....the weather sucks. The kids are bored. I am bored. We need something to do but I am BROKE! Time to get creative. One thing I KNOW I am going to do is get this dog some flea shampoo because HE has fleas and they are tearing us up! So homeboy needs a bath. Other than that, no idea about the rest of the day.
Eats as I know them right now:
1. Greek yogurt + PB2 + Splenda + Fiber One
2. Vanilla Click + skim + sf caramel syrup (my last splash!) + sf coconut syrup
3. Some chicken salad, maybe on a rice cake
Not sure about the rest of the day.

Pre-run- vanilla protein, water and a teaspoon of instant coffee and teaspoon of no sugar added Nesquik.
Brunch- Meeting my sister at my favorite breakfast place. Most likely I'll get a poached egg with a side of ham. And we usually order 1 pancake to share. This place has the best pancakes and I figure a few bites will be ok.
Snack- probably some left over beans from dinner last night.
Dinner- Making pulled pork in the crock pot!

Getting ready to marinate some steak for mongolian grilled steak for dinner.
Bummed because I only lost 1 lb. well 3 if you count the 2 lbs I gained during tom.
Sorry it is raining there and the dog has fleas. What a horrible end to the summer. It is beautiful here. I am going to take my daughter to the park and have some steak on the grill. I also made a HUGE batch of chili over the weekend, so I will be eating that the rest of the day. I have 24 servings of that. I put it into little bowls and froze most of it.
Lunch: Leftovers - there is rotisseri chicken in the fridge and some grilled potatoes.
Supper: No idea yet....hmmm...going to look through the freezer and see what pops out at me.
Also need to get a protein shake in - am shooting for 2 since I've only been doing one lately and should be having 2. Also will probably have my apple and greek yogurt at some point.
Weather is nice here - going to be hot. Need to work on organizing garage sale stuff. And Sam's Club is on the agenda - although I may just send my hubby there. Really should take the boys to the splash pad one more time...
