I had some cheerios with skim milk and a banana for brunch. This afternoon I'll prolly have some tuna salad I have leftover or try the vanilla click packet.

For dinner I'll probably have my new favorite meal, an Amylu chicken burger from costco on a flatout foldit wrap, smeared with goat cheese and topped with tabouleh. It is SO GOOD. The next time I'm at costco I need to lookout for these non-breaded nuggets I saw eggface mention on her blog. I may pick up some meatballs too.

For dessert or a snack I'll have strawberry SF jello 123 dessert made with fage yogurt. Yesterday was the first time making it with fage instead of the cool whip. I ate some last night and it was tasty.

Movement-wise, I'll either go walking or if it rains (and it's supposed to) I'll just work on my dance routines some more with the Michael Jackson experience on the wii.

Headed to the Toby Keith & Brantley Gilbert concert tonight!!! Super excited.  I love country music!

Eating:

Breakfast - egg whites, cheese, 1 link of turkey sausage
Lunch - chicken salad (light mayo, dill relish, some cheese)
Dinner - chicken/spinach/feta "burger", some small dill pickles

 We are getting tons of rain today so we are doing inside projects like new kitchen faucet and caulking the master bath shower.

Food-wise:
B:  Coffee and 3/4 of a Kashi waffle with SF syrup
L:  Quiche Lorraine
D:  will probably be chicken of some sort

Lost 2 pounds the past few days.  Very excited!

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

 breakfast was a really thin sausage patty with egg and cheese.  
Lunch is way late but I'll warm up some chili.
Dinner is IDONTNO.

I'm so tired of being the one to figure out the menu!!!!  

And what I'm doing is wasting away the day.  I need to go into our storage and retreive things that I don't want destroyed.  And I need to do something for myself like create a glass bead or ten or twelve of them for a new necklace.  or just chill out in my studio.

It is raining here....the Isaac effect.

 I am camping at the beach for the weekend which I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE. I am not eating because the BEEOTCH that lives in my pouch doesn't want me to. Which I have become accustomed to in the past ten months. Thank GOD for Click or I would be screwed!

Today was the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in Virginia Beach so I cheered hubby on, walked about a thousand miles trying to stay ahead of him in the race so I could get pics, and then a dip in the ocean with him to cool off! It's been a great day so far and we still have the Train concert tonight!

Oh and between the Expo yesterday and the actual event today we somehow ended up with 19 free packs of tuna. How cool is that??

Eats today (very random):
Mocha protein shake
Protein coffee and then more coffee
1 1/2 quest bars

So far that's it and I don't know if I'll actually get any real food in. Maybe I should have some tuna....

It was raining today so I did 45 mins on the stationary bike and then my arm and ab exercises

breakfast : 2 rice cakes and Sf jam
Lunch : homemade hummus and crudites
dinner : egg white omlette and 2 slices of smoked salmon
snack : yoghurt
