What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!

Busy busy preparing to be out of the office next week -- well, I am happy to report that 8 weeks of due diligence of really exploring my nutrition and cleaning up my diet has resulted in me hitting my goal - I saw 139 this morning. and 5 days away from my four years. Crazy I tell ya! and I haven't felt deprived but actually focused more on quality (less processed and less meat overall).

Today-
- spinach with three egg whites and turkey sausage crumbles, sliced apple with cinnamon sprinkled on it
- lunch is a high fiber wrap with half cup of ff refried beans inside, 100 cal pack guac, and a extra sharp cheddar wedge
- half a cup of high protein granola and a cherry yogurt for a snack
- dinner will be an ind Minute multigrain cup with one cup of steamed broccoli sauteed in teriyaki plus one baked eggroll and a side of mandarin oranges/shelled edamame
- my obsession right now: full fat Fage with splenda and berries. Beeeejessssssus.

Ok, my turn!

Doing: Not being *****y for the first time in a few days! YAY! I feel a lot better. Not sure what was wrong. I think it was part hormones, part general life dissatisfaction. The last few days at the office have been slooooow. Anyone who knows me knows I am happiest when I am busy.

Besides not being *****y, I am working, going to pick the divas up from school then headed home to spend time with the pup. I am also getting my arse to the gym today. 

Eating:

1. Vanilla Latte Click w/ skim + SF coconut syrup + SF caramel syrup + a little water over ice. YUMMMMMMMM!
2. A pinch of each of the girl's sausage biscuits
3. Not sure what's for lunch. A Jimmy John's Unwich has been my standby for some time now. Probably again today
4. I'll probably have a snack when I go to get the girls. I want to pick up some Greek yogurt so I can have it with PB2, Splenda and Fiber One.
5. I am thinking of making chili tonight. I want meatloaf but my dear eldest can't stand meatloaf. Usually she sleeps through dinner anyway so I am not sure why I'm taking her wants into account anyway!
6. I may make some protein pudding.

I am just getting my day started now.  I haven't been sleeping at night.  I am exhausted.

I am getting ready to have a coffee protein shake.  Dinner will be chicken broth with some pork balls. Basically won ton soup with the outside removed from the won tons.

  I did that peeled wonton thing. The spices were great when I was on mushies. Soup and refried beans with cheese help me tons.

Dinner at the in-laws' house last night was great. I grilled steaks for everyone and my father-in-law took care of the corn and salads. Mom-in-law isn't eating, but she definitely had more energy this time, which was heartening.


Today:
Breakfast- Coffee
Lunch- 4 oz. roasted turkey breast, 1 oz. wheat bread, and 1 cup mixed raw vegetables
Dinner- No clue! I think steak nancini if I find good sirloin tips.
Snack- Kashi GoLean
Snack 2- Yogurt and fruit

I was on the elliptical for 45 minutes this morning and did my weightlifting, so it is a good day exercise-wise. I really feel like things are getting back on track.

 Was running so crazy today, I forgot to eat all damn day. 

I had a protein bar on my way home from dropping the Kid off at school at 8:30. 
I didn't eat again until 5:30pm. Lordy.   Busy busy.

Dinner was meatballs and gnocci in a parma rosa sauce, with steamed broccoli. Deeeeeelish.

 Dinner sounded good...gnocci is one of my scary foods as in I'm scared how much I will still like them and not be able tp portion control.

 I serve mine with a measuring cup out of the pot, which stays in the kitchen. 

That way, when my plate is empty, if I'm satisfied, it's not sitting there on the table, tempting me. 
If I wait 10 minutes and want some more, I can get some more. But I was pretty satisfied with my 1/2 cup and three meatballs. I'll have some more later. 

Ice cream is one of my danger foods. It's so hard to portion control it and stop when it's gone.

 Gym starts my day, yes the gym. As in I got my big fat ass (sore back and all) to the gym. I didn't kill it but I think the gym will be limping. Crap so am I, so I guess that's a draw. Lots of running around lots of doctors appointments for kids a soccer game part of the lawn mowed. My darling is still running around back to school shopping.

 Food

 B: granola bar before the gym

 L: turkey burger no bun with smoked cheese mushroom onion and squash on top

 D: Homemade chicken soup and 1/2 a grilled turkey sandwich on smart wheat

 S: 12 special K crisps 10 almonds coffee maybe a bit of NSA ice cream late depends on stats and mood after a late dinner

Beautiful day here in the north east. And it's even better because I'm on vacation next week!!!!!

Had an awesome workout at the gym afterwork plus did some heavy weights. I'm heading to bed early tonight and I'm making myself get some quality shut eye.
