Just getting the post started. I'll be back in a minute with my plan!

Breakfast: 1/2 bun with peanut butter
Lunch: Left over Chipotle chicken burrito bowl
Supper: Spaghetti (mostly meat sauce with a few noodles)
2 protein shakes in there. An apple with greek yogurt as a snack at some point.
Have an extra kid here today with my own. Plan is to take them all to a splash pad after lunch - its going to be a warm one here today. Then, tonight is open house at school for my oldest, who is starting 1st grade.

It is a beautiful day in Boston! I am 3 pounds from my second goal! I initially changed my goal weight of anywhere in the 160's to 160 pounds back in June. I didn't set a goal weight with my surgeon/nutritionist until my 6 month appointment in April. Now that I am closer to that I am changing it to 155. I was nervous I would look too skinny being that I am 5'10" but my belly is still bigger than I would like!
Breakfast- coconut mocha protein shake
Lunch- lentil soup and hard boiled egg
Dinner- chicken drum stick w/ black beans
Snacks- grapes and sf jello later

Breakfast- 1/2 an apple with fresh ground peanut butter
Snack- Chobani greek yogurt with a tablespoon of SF Cheesecake pudding mix and fresh strawberries
Lunch- Kale salad w/fresh cranberries, grape tomatoes and pine nuts and a cup of unjury chicken soup
Snack- Cheese stick
Dinner- Roasted italian style tomatoes over red quinoa with some more kale salad
Maybe some grilled chicken ^ I have been trying to eat meat again...we will have to wait and see how Sybil is going to behave later.

Been pretty good lately, just haven't posted since school started back up.......started my walking again !!! :). Proud of myself for that !!

Trying to really be on top of things and weigh and measure everything......bringing my lunch to work instead of eating whatever they serve in school cafeteria......with the new governmental guidelines, not too sure I will be eating in school cafeteria at all !

Trying to really be on top of things and weigh and measure everything......bringing my lunch to work instead of eating whatever they serve in school cafeteria......with the new governmental guidelines, not too sure I will be eating in school cafeteria at all !
I LOVE this kind of weather - super windy (around 23mph), a little overcast. Awesome. Sorry for New Orleans, hope they fare ok, but if you are in a hurricane zone you know it isn't being harsh when I say better them than us.
I have had so many horrible days in a row, not just in quantity but in quality. I had considered canceling my counseling appointment this Friday to save some money, but I think I better get there ASAP. Last night kind of freaked me out - I totally blanked out eating, like the old days.
So...today I am going to a class at the gym (Core and Upper Body Blast), then working 12hrs. At least getting back to work I have a little bit of structure, I just have to fight to reclaim the routine when I get home at night.
B - mint cookie made w/ milk
L - turkey on P28 w/ pickle
S -post gym- silk almond dark chocolate milk
- cottage cheese w/ some sort of fruit
D - egg whites and shrimp, turkey bacon, tomato slice
S - pure protein
probably my ww tortilla w/ turkey bacon
skinny cow ice cream
around 1400 calorie, 121 carbs after fiber , but a lot are dairy and fruit,if that matters

Well, I did it...went to water aerobics...not that it's anything new but I made myself get dressed and get there...was 10 minutes early and was so grateful for that! I hate running in, throwing off my cover up, showering and doing my best to get in the pool in front of about 25 other women and usually a few gentlemen. lol

Still up a pound. :( I want the scale to go down certainly but I can handle staying the same if my body is healing and getting ready for the next losses...at this point, I'm not sure what in the heck its doing, just have to know I'm doing all that I can to lose it!
So, I fired off an email to my NUT and I'm sure she will think (as Nik puts it) bat**** crazy...LOL but I was really anxious about that since I'm only 3 months out.

L: grilled chicken salad made at home (have some lettuce that need to be used or it's tossed)
D: Hamburger Onion with a few noodles and green beans
S: Greek yogurt tablespoon with sf/ff cheesecake added in.
