Haven't asked for a while...What's for dinner?

Sigh...I am feeling. Stressed. Not for any apparent reason except that I am. 

It's one of those days I guess. Except yesterday was one as well.

Anyhoo...dinner for the divas is spaghetti. Dinner for me? Mmmmmmm...

I'm not that into food today. I ate. I always eat. I do not ever not eat. But there was no joy. That sucks.

Here's what I had:

1. Mocha Fit Frappe with milk
2. Subway turkey breast & ham on wheat

First day back to work - I am exhausted already and working until 1am - another 8hrs.
Worked out with the trainer and she introduced me to what she calls my "new BFF" - a weighted vest. Good times.
Isaac is giving us some crazy rain and wind, parking lot already flooded. Hope my trailer is still standing when I get home tonight.

B1 - mint cookie w/ water
B2 - egg, egg whites, shrimp, turkey bacon, tomato slice
L - leftover turkey, spoonful dressing, english peas w/ carrots
Pregym - P28, peanut butter and banana / honey
Post - chocolate milk (Silk Almond milk)
Snack - PURE protein bar
- cottage cheese w/ nectarine and blueberries
D - probably turkey, P28 sandwich
S - if I have one, ??? Maybe another PURE bar or a protein shake made with water

Not feeling the food today either. It's only 2pm here so I have had thus far today:
1) Milk with protein in it.
2) between snack and lunch 5 oz of grilled chicken
3) Strawberry Lemonade with protein powder

Hoping to have a great dinner 4 oz of tri tip and some roasted carrots, YUM!!!

I went easy tonight & made my kids try the Whole Grain Hamburger Helper. They actually liked it. It wasn't too bad. I mainly had the hamburger part with a few noodles.

I'm not in the veggie mood.  I had tuna salad with eggs for a late lunch so I'm not too hungry.

Breakfast: Protein drink
Lunch: 1/3 of a Chipotle chicken burrito bowl
Snack: a few pretzel chips with cheese
Dinner: Meatloaf, a bit of mac n cheese and two bites of mixed veggies

The meatloaf was an adventure. Decided to try a new recipe - got most of ingredients into the bowl only to discover I was out of breadcrumbs and eggs. Google to the rescue! Flavor is great but its falling apart - I just gave the kids spoons instead of forks and we were good to go. LOL.

Am really cranky at the moment - kids just pushed me over the edge. Cannot wait until school starts next week! Anywhoo, I will be careful to not let my mood lead me to bad food choices this evening!

I had a productive day....cleaned the bathrooms and mopped (which I hate to do with 2 boys in the house), cleaned the office, did some much needed filing and went through the medical bills from surgery and the hives I had been battling...amazing I'm losing weight and they are practically gone. That's an NSV in itself!! Vacuumed the office and LR....lots more to do but I'm getting there!  Tommorrow is a new day and maybe I'll get further but first on the list is water aerobics...I will not let myself get talked out of it!!

Food for the day:

B:  scrambled egg with LF cheese and slice of ham
Listened to my body and realized I didn't want lunch until 3pm.
L:   My last portion of Nik's Taco Casserole 
D:   2 slices of turkey and gravy, sweet peas and mashed potatoes.

S:   SF fudgesicle (40 calories)

If the scale don't move, it's not for the  lack of trying!

Oh and applied for a couple jobs this morning.  Yippee!
