Haven't asked for a while...What's for dinner?
Breatfast weight control oatmeal
lunch 2 slices roasted chicken deli meat 1 slice pepper jack cheese
dinner 1 bite fish made my stomache gurgle and fuss abandoned that idea.... got a wendi;s chili

I was not feeling food today...
B- refried beans and cheese
l- steamed fish and two bites of cottage cheese
s- med decaf iced coffee with skim milk
d- refried beans and cheese
s- sugar free popsicle maybe...
I am nowhere near getting 60 grams of protein and 64 oz of water in. I'm a month out already. My pouch just does not like protein powder in any form. It makes me so nauseated. And for whatever reason, I dumped on SF Carnation Instant Breakfast. It seems like refried beans and iced decaf coffee are all that I can stomach lately. Add that to AF being two weeks late and trouble with my marriage and I feel like such a damn failure. The scale has gone up!

Today was my first day I was allowed to eat soft/pureed and it was GREAT!!!!
I had a protein coffee
then a scrambled egg
L - tuna salad
S - half greek yogurt with protein mix
D - turkey meatloaf and protein mashed potatoes
My portions are incredibly small -- I can't believe how little it takes to fill me up, but the taste of real food today was FABULOUS!!!!!!

Dinner was a low carb wrap with chicken fajita mixture,spinach, sour cream and a side of refried beans. Then another wrap with just beans and spinach. With a 100 cal pack of guac between the two.
Other today:

- Panera chicken poppyseed salad and an apple
Cottage cheese with butterscotch, cinn, and F1
- sugar free jello with cool whip
