What's for dinner - Friday!
Today started off strange. I felt melancholy and like my life was a complete and total disaster.
Not sure what changed but I feel better now. So there's that.
Tonight I'm going to visit a friend who just had RNY! She's been wanting to have it done for years and I'm so happy she got to see her dream fulfilled (altho I'm not sure she knows the crazy ride she's in for!).
I just had a pretty filling snack so I think I'm good to go for a minute. Dinner will likely be either tuna or some egg concoction. Both are defaults of mine.
Other eats today:
1. Vanilla Latte Click (I'm out of Mocha) + skim + sf coconut syrup + sf caramel (I actually like this version better with vanilla latte)
2. A salad with lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese bacon and strips of grilled chicken breast w/ FF ranch
3. PB Greek yogurt (made with chocolate PB2) + Fiber One

For breakfast I had coffee and two hard boiled eggs.
For lunch, I had chicken breast, black beans and tomatoes.
I can either have leftover chicken or a sandwich.
My in-laws have been staying with us since the beginning of the month and I'm tired of cooking for 2 extra every night after work, so I'm losing my creativity!

The past couple of weeks have been weird eating for me. I didn't put two and two together, Hala mentioned maybe it's the iron infusions that have made me not hungry and my pouch grumpy, lots of nausea lately.
Here's my eats for today:
Breakfast that went into snack: approx. 4 oz of beef roast and 1 mozz cheese stick
Lunch: 6 oz Fage greek yogurt
Dinner will be white beans and sausage and probably more of the leftover okra and tomatoes I made earlier this week.
Tomorrow I'm making your Taco Casserole. I'm wanting Mexican and I think I can camo the squash and zucchini by shredding instead of cubing it and get my boys to eat it.

Today's been weird, eating-wise. Wasn't able to eat much for breakfast, then ate 3 oz for lunch and felt ill. Sigh.
Breakfast: don't laugh - canned chicken, light mayo, cheddar, hot sauce. surprisingly, I didn't finish but maybe half of the 3 oz meal.
Lunch: a little Mexican casserole - refried beans, black beans, ground turkey w/ taco seasoning, with some shredded cheddar on top.
Dinner: nothing sounds appealing. Maybe just some cottage cheese or soup.
