When I reached my weight goal ("normal" weight), I didn't change my eating habits mu*****reased calories a bit to 1200/day and added some healthy carbs (mainly fruit!) per suggestion of my NUT but didn't actively try to stop losing. It happened on its own! I've been fairly stable for the past few months.
