My reason for left side pain................

 I finally figuered out why I have left sided pain sometimes.   CONSTIPATION! 
 
So Sunday I'm sitting here in intense pain.  Enough so I was almost going to the ER.   Well a good   and I was good to go... so lesson learned.  I'm taking my colace with laxative and making sure I keep things moving. 

been there.. i feel your pain ... its so hard to stay regular (for me even with colace).  Hope you more regularly now so you can avoid the pain.
