Strawberry Flavor Premier Protein Shakes
Has anyone tried the Strawberry Flavor Premier Protein Shakes? I've only ever seen the chocolate and vanilla at Costco, but see the Premier website has the strawberry flavor available.

I have never found them either and they are way more exspensive online although I have not checked Sam's and Costo's web site. They are the only protein drinks I like and would really like to try the strawberry !!!

I haven't looked into the Premier Shakes specifically but usually you can determine the digestibility of protein supplements by the type of protein it is. Here is a link -

Why would only 11 grams be absorbed? It looks like all of the protein in them is from milk, which is absorbed well.

they were recommended by my group also !!! they said the only problem would be if you are lactose intolerant after surgery, you might not be able to tolerate them because they were whey protein
