I was up early this morning to go buy black dress shoes (that I ended up not wearing) then going to work for a friend to help me with make up (yes, I need help with it) before loading up my dog and driving across town for photos. Met the photographer at the naval air station, felt pretty sure I was going to end up being shipped to Gitmo, did photos on the beach... and felt awesome about it! It has been YEARS since I did real photos of (mainly) just me. AND after pics with my fitting jeans and blue shirt, I changed into a fitting, sleeveless red dress with a scoop neck. I rocked it, I must admit. (photog said she can photoshop my arms, so I only wore the black shrug for a few).
THEN she went to the gym with me and did photos while the trainer put me through the wringer. After the formal workout I did sprints on the treadmill, several box jumps and several med ball sit ups for photo ops. It was amazing. I have never been happy about having photos done.

B1 - click w/ skim milk
B2 - mint cookie w/ water
Pregym - P28 w/ peanut butter and banana
Lunch - taco casserole, green beans, squash
S - quest
(unplanned) fig newton crisps.. 3
D - egg, egg whites, turkey bacon, tomato slice, maybe P28 toast
S - chicken quesadilla thing

edited - I swam for about 5 minutes and my shoulders screamed because we did upper body yesterday AND today. So I am waiting for my folks to get back from the doctor so I can get my mom settled and then I am going for a run.

So the past few days have not been good days... My boyfriend, well I guess ex boyfriend moved to Florida to go to a ministry program to HOPEFULLY find inner peace and joy... So it's been tough but we  both know it was the best decision.  I'm glad I'm a dumper otherwise I would have eaten a gallon of ice cream, you know - comfort food..

Any way eats for today;

B - CarbMasters yogurt
L - Most of a piece of chicken from a lean cuisine
S - Apple slices
D - Grilled pork chop and 1/3 corn on the cob
S - ??????

Can anyone tell me why a regular pork chop doesn't sit well however a pork tenderloin sits fine... hmmmm....

My dietition (sp?) told me that from here on out, cheap cuts of meat are out. Filet Mignon is the tenderest steak pork tenderloin is the tenderest pork. Unless you crock pot the tougher cuts, they won't sit well. At least that's my experience. And you know what? Those cuts are DELICIOUS and I'm WORTH IT.

I'm sitting here enjoying a chicken breast with my own satay sauce made from PB2, some brown rice and some fresh homegrown cherry tomatoes. Later on, I'm gonna have me grilled peach with no sugar added Breyer's vanilla ice cream, and then off to dreamland. Well I've got to get some piano practice in there somewhere.

 I'm ashamed of my dinner.

I had to go buy my son a new mattress today. His is just...awful. So I scooped him up from school, came home to finish laundry, and then went out mattress hunting. Three stores and 90 minutes later, we're all hungry, the kids are cranky, and I don't want to stop at a dine-in restaurant because it's getting late and they're restless, and I wanted something easy and tidy to eat so they don't spread a typhoon of food all across my car. Taco Bell.  They have cheese roll-ups, which are super easy for kids to eat, and no mess.

So I got them cheese rollups and myself a burrito supreme.

*sigh*  It wasn't the worst thing possible--I'm still within my calorie budget for the day--but it was far from the best choice I could have made. See, this is what happens when I'm tired and didn't plan well.

Oh well. Tomorrow is another day. Onwards and upwards.

I made Asian lettuce cups.. Turkey, carrots, onions, garlic and snow pea pods. A little 5 spice and about two tablespoons of premade teriyaki sauce to the pound of meat. OMG something my pouch actually liked it.
Beulah ( my pouch) has NOT been kind this week so the rest of my day was some ..
Cheese with turkey
Iced tea
Watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe
Welp, that's it, worse than I thought but it was the best I could do :)
Think I'm gonna make me some Click.
