I am finally feeling like I might survive....woke up just hurting in my legs and its been pretty painful all day.   Can't wait until I get enough weight off and feel like I felt when I lost weight before.  I did make hubby's lunch and met him halfway so he wouldn't have to come all the way home.  Our meeting point is the Goodwill so I went in there and strolled around.  We live near a base so if you are patient and look through it, you can find some good deals and name brands...haven't felt like I'm small enough to go looking through the women's section. Well i did walk through today but didn't have anything just jump off the rack at me and what did was too small for now!

Food for the day:

B-   Egg with cheese
S-   Watermelon
L-   1 c of 15 bean soup (scrumptious)
S-   Red Grapes
D-   Trying to figure this out, hubby keeps walking around, I've offered to cook, make a salad....but I think he wants turkey and gravy w/mashed potatoes and green beans so I'll have a small plate of that.

I had some chicken and bones leftover and rather than waste them, I made chicken and rice soup for my family. To my complete shock, they loved it! It's not something I can eat, because rice makes me feel awful.
I've really been having a "what the heck?!" kind of day.  Anyway food for the day:

B: protein coffee
L: spinach, mushroom and mozzarella omlet
S: peanut butter and celery (yay, me...I actually measured out the PB
D: while my family had the soup, salad and sandwiches I made a BLT with turkey salad.

I'm only at 58g of protein, so I just googled the recipe for the protein frosty. Maybe I will try that later.

Lunch was 1/2 cup of lentil soup which did not sit well at all. Dinner was 1/2 cup of taco salad and it went down fine!

Ive had a stomach bug since Sunday,.so pretty much all Ive eaten in the past two days is crackers. Made an interesting dinner for the kidlets, batiatric friendly: Pizza Casserole. Cooked ground turkey, covered it with pizza sauce and shredded cheese and topped with turkey pepperoni. I didnt eat any bc my stomach is still not right but the kids loved it. I bet itd be good with spaghetti squash!

We had dinner out at the deli.

I had salisbury steak and shared some mac and cheese with the Littlest Monster. Brought home a loaded salad--greens, blue cheese dressing, black beans, olives, green peas, chickpeas, egg, carrot, cheesecottage cheese...oh my! That'll be my super exciting lunch for tomorrow. :D

I am trying to get my life back on track. I've been so mentally disheveled lately, so today, I cleaned out my car. Baby steps. Trying to get things back on schedule and routine and quit running around like a deranged headless chicken.
