Apparently even a Fig Newton can be made WLS-friendly

As my pal Melissa Y. shows us in today's blog post, featuring these babies:

 

These are her Fig Newton ramekins. She cut out the sugar, made the carbs more beneficial and even managed to wrangle some protein in there. That's what I call playing with your food!

Wow do these look awesome! I have to try these! I love that the crust is easy to make from oatmeal. I bet this is gonna be delicious! Love it!
