What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!

I suppose I will have rotisserie chicken, steamed squash and some green beans.
I must say- one thing about having ice cream cake - it fills me up better than steak, chicken or eggs all put together! craziness.

B - cottage cheese and 1/2 peach
L - ww waffle and peanut butter
S - p28 and peanut butter
-other 1/2 of peach
- Emerald Breakfast to go
- ice cream cake

Sheesh... all those groceries I don't NEED dinner!!! (except that was a little more than 3hrs ago and I have 6hrs left in my shift)

Dinner was grilled chicken and Nik's Protein-y Zuchinni Fritters. They were good and a nice change from steamed veggies.

I had a very productive sick day today.. My hubby and I went on a run- together. That was a first. We go to the gym together but haven't gone running together. We did 4 miles and then took our pooch on a couple mile walk.
The rest of the day was:
Breakfast- egg and black beans
Lunch- protein shake from a Nutrition Center we walked by and if you signed up for a body analysis you got a free iced tea and protein shake. Shake was ok- Herbal Life protein powder.

Kinda late but last night I made a recipe I found on pintrest, except the original had a block of cream cheese, and 2 cups shredded cheese in it so you know that was not happening.

Crock pot southwest chicken

3-4 chicken breasts
1 can black beans drained
1 can corn drained 
2 cups salsa
1 pack taco seasoning ( I buy williams because it's salt free)
1 cup water
place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 6 hours (mine was in for over 8 and it came out perfect)

This was really yummy and Protein City! and easy
I had mine with sone LF sour cream, corn tortilla and fresh tomato
