I always tell my clients that the physical principles pertain to mental change - the initial inertia is the hardest thing to overcome but a body in motion stays in motion!

That used to work for me but now it had got to the point I have to listen to my body and not my head. There are days I wake up ready to hot the gym and the body says " you do and I will make toy see the ortho" I then say " ok you win" and I go back to bed'

Typically I will log crazy miles between Saturday and weds morning and my body just isn't recovering the edu it used to.
