Tying really hard not to have a nervous break down....Ugh, the twinlets are going to be the death of me. I am on the verge of crying everyday......Can't wait for school to start. I was up at 4 am with insomnia, but I really can't complain because I slpt HARD from the time I went to bed until 4.

D: Greek yourt with PB2, SF strawberry peserves (or fresh strawberries and blueberries) with a small handful of fiber-one. Had that last night and didnt need a snack. It was filling and yummo.

feeling a lot less depressed today, I even showered   I have to go pick up my kiddo from school in a bit and then gonna grocery shop. 

Making some lentil soup with ham.  Soup seems to go down the best.  Then tomorrow making a yummy roast.

Gonna look for some edamame since I have heard so much about it..

Well after a hellish night weaning Jacob I woke up at 5, but didn't get up till 10am. We are usually at the gym by then so my day is totally upside down, anyway

B: Carbmaster Peach Yogurt
S: Protein shake (Isopure vanilla & Click mocha)
L: Chicken Piccatta
S: SF Jello & SF ice pop
D: will be salmon & a bit of broccoli
S: Syntrax Nectar Iced Tea Protein shake

Its my baby's 1st birthday today! I can't believe my sweet girl is ONE!!

B: small piece of ham eggbake, shared with my 1 yr old
L: took kids to McD's for lunch for a special bday treat. I had a few french fries and the burger patty & cheese from a cheeseburger.
S: Apple slices with greek yogurt as dip. Yummo!
Protein drink
D: Birthday party for my baby with family! We are having Subway party platters. Will try a bite to see how my tummy likes the bread - otherwise will eat the insides with a small bit of pasta salad and watermelon. No cake for me - I'll man the camera. :)

My two sons did not get the memo that today was supposed to be the "perfect" day for their sister. They have been terrible - especially my nearly 7 yr old. When does school start?!?!?!!!! NOT soon enough! Ugh!

 I think you got something there.  Muscle is more compact than fat pound for pound.  You must be a brick house (I'm singing that, by the way).

 

Anyway.  Yesterday ended at 1340 calories.  I had a protein bar, a half pita with hummus, a few bites of cottage cheese and a sf pudding cup between the gym and bedtime.  So I would have been way under what I like had I not eaten that.

Today's eats:
B - Fage, frozen fruit, splenda, Special K protein cereal, ground flax
s - decaf hot green tea, decaf coffee with creamer and splenda
L - 1/2 pita spread with hummus, STUFFED with spinach, green onion, bell pepper, cucumber, cottage cheese and canned chunk chicken breast.  All this for a whopping 180 calories.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water 
s2 - apple
D - *shrug*

Today's dos:
An hour of hot power yoga.  I'm having s1 now.  s2 will be an hour before yoga.  Dinner will be 9ish so I have no idea what it will be.  I'm running low on freezer stash.  I'm about to start making my grocery list for this weekend's shopping.  I'm totally out of chicken, low on steak, pork chops and ground beef.  That whole freezer door left open thing has really put a dent in my routine.  I never run out of meats!
