What's for dinner, y'all?????

 Hey. Maryland is *technically* the South so I can say y'all (and do quite often in fact...except in Baltimore it comes out more like "yull")

Anyhoo I just got finished swimming through an Olympic sized pool of carbs with my mouth wide open. Yep. I don't regret anything about it EXCEPT possibly the blood sugar drop I'll get in 5, 4, 3, 2...

Yeah. So anyway. Dinner. I am in fact going out to dinner (shortly!) with a friend. Probably won't have too much there. And my carbiness means I will probably get hungry again later so I'll have a late night protein shake. 

Here's what else I had today:

1. Naturally More PB 
2. Click/Skim/ SF Coconut & Caramel syrups
3. Subway cold cut sub
4. A whole bunch of stuff at a staff party: salad, a cookie, some chips and bean dip, some party mix...after that I kinda blanked...

Fajitas!! I love fajitas as a post op meal. My family has regular fajitas and I have a fajita salad with a light sour cream and salsa dressing.

 not a clue. i have pretty much no food, so i was going to take a walk up to subway and get a sammich, and literally as i went into my room to put on some outside appropriate clothing i hear a clap of thunder, look outside and it's POURING, and supposed to continue for a while.

 Red Lobster has all you can eat shrimp..nummy i love their grilled shrimp.  

i had a banana for breakfast
lunch was turkey/ham sammich from subway (must be a subway day today)
then 1 of Megs Flaxseed Blueberry Mufin and some beef jerkey for snack
Supper..a hotdog.  I have only had part of one since my surgery tonight thats
what my daughter wants.  Probably some cottage cheese and fresh picked garden beans.

 Breakfast: boiled egg, 1/2 banana
Lunch: small turkey sandwich, roasted beets with balsamic vinegar
Dinner: Moroccan chicken with brown rice (chicken thighs, salsa from a jar, a little cinnamon, a little cumin, 2 t honey, and chopped garlic- toss everyhting into crockpot on low for 2 1/2 hrs)

Turkey meatballs cooked in low fat fit n active cream mushroom soup, and Edamamae

i hardly remember this morning lol. i do know i ate a protein bar the second i was released from the hospital lol.

from hardly eating the past several days, i can tell you my restriction is more then usual. i cannot finish my usual portion sizes. could also be because i'm still sick, but i'm not sure.

b - protein oatmeal
l - cheese and apple
s - yogurt and 1/2 a banana (which my son ate half of that lol)
d - boca burger and 1/4 veg

was thinking about a snack tonight but probably won't, i'm not feeling awesome and would rather just drink water.
