BEAUTIFUL Nik! Love the dress! I wish I could pull off a belt....I have lost weight everywhere and my arms and legs look like twigs but the belly is stubborn!

I am definitely feeling the soreness after CX Works and Body Combat last night! After work I'm heading to my brother's to babysit my nephews while he and my SIL go to Bruce Springsteen tonight.
Breakfast- Hard boiled egg and Grande Soy Latte
Snack- Gazpacho- used up my CSA veggies!
Lunch- grilled lemon chicken, and brocolli
Dinner- same as lunch
Snack- if needed- pure protein bar

 i'm having a not in the mood for any food but bad food day, luckily i don't really have any in the house so i'm hardly eating.

had a waffle for breakfast, and a scoop of peanut butter for lunch lol. did some weights. going down to school later to help set up with stuff for the incoming students in the program. maybe i'll stop somewhere downtown to get something for dinner. maybe a sandwich from cosi. yum. depending what time we get done, i'll get off the train early and walk home the rest of the way.

Nik you look fantastic!!!!  I love that dress!

I definitely need to plan better now that I'm back to work.  Guess a grocery trip is in order tonight.  So far today -

Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Chicken and stir fry veggies w a few noodles
Dinner - Not sure yet - probably left overs

Need to have a protein drink or 2 to get my protein in for the day.

So far all I have had today is wendy's chili.  I am super depressed.

I'm having the usual:

B: Meatloaf/skim milk
L:  Laughing cow/3 wheat crackers, skim milk
D: Meatloaf/skim milk
S:  Skim milk X 2

That gets me to 59 grams of protein and 693 calories.  Soooo glad the dr. OK'd 93% lean ground beef.  I can't stand the protein shakes.

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.
