I have had workout days like that. I am left wondering "Was it something I ate?"

But kudos to you for pushing!

P.S. Did you finish off your batch of "thingies"?

I had one yesterday afternoon to get me through till home time and it worked! Mine made 6 of them and I could eat two like a champ. They are so yummy!

 Mmmmm pink ladies.  That's all I'll eat when I can't find Honeycrisps anymore.

I've had Grapples, and they are super yummy too but I cannot bring myself to pay $7 for 4 regular sized apples.

b. rolled oats w/ blueberries
L. left over fritatta w/ mushrooms. green onions, cheese, ham and slice of tomato w/fresh mozzarella & basil, balsamic vinegar dressing.
D. left over turkey ruben sandwich

Seeing you in your Easter dress Nik, reminded me....I've been sorta watching what I wear even at home during the day. I coordinate the jewelry, shoes, ...everything and I feel good, look good, and am reminded that I can't graze.

HOT!!! (and I'm not talking about the weather outside)

I had a rough night again last night - one of my dogs who is uber reliable with house training kept waking me up to go outside. He never does that so I got up. Then got up early to help my folks get off to the grocery store, but when I got to their house they weren't ready yet. They are on the road now so I will try to get a nap because I have a long day - unload groceries when folks get back, gym for an hour with my trainer (who told me yesterday we are going to "totally trash" my legs this week), then wor****il 5pm when I will leave for support group. Back to work after group and I'll wor****il 1am.

B - 1 egg, egg whites (my new love) turkey bacon
L - ww waffle w/ peanut butter (losing the banana in the name of lower carb)
S - mint cookie protein w/ water
- turkey pepperoni, lc cheese
D - rotisserie chicken, turkey bacon, cheese
S - ww fajita tortilla, turkey bacon, tomato slice

still end up at 52 or so carbs .... tortilla and waffle getting me

Cute dress! I have one almost the exact same shape and it was flattering at 175 and at 150. Love how the belted middle makes the waist look.

The swelling has gone down in my ankle, and while I won't be cleared for pavement running for awhile the elliptical was great this morning. Just glad I can still do some exercise.

Tattoo is healing beautifully and there is practically no redness in the area anymore.

Food:
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Salad and grilled chicken or turkey
Dinner: No clue. I may pick up some ground beef on the way home for tacos (Taco Tuesday!).
Dessert: Roasted peach and yogurt
Snack: Egg and wheat toast

I don't have much to do today outside of work, and a lazy evening with the husband and dog sounds pretty nice.

I am at work today, so while it looks like there's a lot in my bag, it's because if I have to be up all night I need to have food options because the caf is closed. I

Thus far today i have had

-Venti Soy SF Vanilla Latte
-Banana
-Cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch with 4oz Skim Milk

What's left in the bag:
-Plum
-Hardboiled egg
-Honey Wheat sandwich flat with ham, cheese, and mayo
-Breakstones Cottage Cheese (100 cal pack)
-Chobani yogurt
-Pineapple protein souffle (eggface recipe)
-PB crackers

I will probably go down and get a salad for lunch and save the sandwich for dinner.

Ok, food:

Wake up-FF latte
Breakfast-2 zuchinni fritters, naked...Edited to add these are the fritters featured on Bariatric Foodie this past week. And they are good and filling. 
Lunch-1 crab cake, broiled and 1/2 ear of corn. Yes corn.
Snack-I have a greek yogurt
D-Pintos w/ham

Not a stellar day but I am not so much in my happy place today so overall not bad.
