I had a good weight lifting session yesterday. Did 8 stations and lifted 26,000 lbs. total (before you get all "ooo" and "ahhhh" that's just the total number of weight for three sets of 12 reps on each machine). But still my average is about 24,000 a session so WOOT!

Then I did my chin ups (three sets of 5) and push-ups (three sets of 8) and a set of planks (regular and both side planks). So yay me!

Anyhoo, today I may or may not be going to dinner with a friend. So if I do, today is my rest day from working out. If not, a run around the lake at sunset it is!

Eats as I know them:

1. 1 heaping tbsp of Naturally More peanut butter
2. Click w/ skim + sf caramel and sf coconut syrup
3. Subway turkey breast & ham on wheat
4. Not sure about dinner
5. Greek yogurt + PB2 (Sadly, I'm out of Fiber One and I am broke...tragedy...) or maybe a plum

A protein drink before heading to water aerobics.  Lunch is with friends at Red Lobster so it will be a piece of fish or chicken.   Wednesday is 4.99 enchilada night after church.  I eat 1/2 of an enchilada and my husband eats 2 1/2 of the 3 enchilada plate.  I skip the chips, rice and beans.

Good Wednesday everyone! I thought everything was going to be settled today in my little world but it seems that the upheavel will be here for another few days. Sigh. I am not going to fall to stress grazing. I won't do that. I won't, I won't, I won't. (Stomps foot for effect)

Food:

Wake-up-FF latte
B-I have a package of cinnamon roll oatmeal. I forgot to bring anything to stir in.
L- 2 BF Zucchini protein fritters. cottage cheese
S-I have an enormous plum...or a greek yogurt.
D-Pinto beans again. With ham. Will be better today, of course.

Geez...just finished checking my lunch bag. Forgot the honey mustard for my fritters and the stir in for my oatmeal but I did throw in the whole container of Super Hummus. Nothing to go with that, however. Hmm, cinnamon roll oatmeal + hummus?? Nahhh, maybe not.

Okay I am impressed with your workout. . .you go Nik!!!!!

My workout partner crapped out on me and quit. . .ugghhhh, now I have to make myself start going by myself.  That is a big struggle for me.

So far this a.m......just coffee.

Thinking about trying these mini wheat tortilla egg, turkey sausage and cheese breakfst thingies.

No idea yet for the rest of the day.

Almost half way through the work week. Whew! A little annoyed at myself for making bad food choices this week. Normally I keep myself between 1200-1400 calories a day and lately it's been more like 1400-1600. I upped my workouts a little bit, but not that much. I get bored sometimes at night and end up wandering in the kitchen to play and experiment. Just need to find different hobbies.

Food today should be pretty normal:
Breakfast - Coffee
Lunch - Roasted chicken or turkey and salad
Dinner - Who knows? The fridge is a little bit bare.
Snack - Peaches and yogurt
Snack 2 - Egg and wheat toast

I know that all I can do is get back on track. Have a good Wednesday everyone!

I didn't make bad choices last night, just a few too mnay EXTRA choices.  I ate more calories than I should have just through boredom and a little bite of this and that-ing.  Oh well.

Today's eats:

24 oz water before work.
B - Fage, cherries, splenda
s - decaf hot green tea, splenda
L - 1/2 pita spread with 1 T hummus, stuffed with spinach, green onion, bell pepper, cucumber, cottage cheese and cold sliced steak.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
s - apple
D - no idea, but it will be about 8:30 or 9pm so probably something lighter

Today's dos:

A 20-30 minute (depending on when I can make it there) run at the gym followed by Zumba class.  Here's hoping for a 600 calorie burn session between the two.

Yeah I was doing the same thing. A few bites of leftover chicken from dinner, a spoonful of the french vanilla yogurt I accidentally bought (the label looked the same as the plain ), a square of chocolate, a piece of a muffin...etc. Stupid little stuff, but it adds up.

Your plan for the day sounds great, though!

I love black plums, but we haven't had any good ones around here.  I would kill for a nice juicy black plum!
