Today was a drag.  Ended up leaving work early because I was in horrible stomach pain.
Ended up at the hospital with a CT scan to find that I have fluid build up in my hernia,
which is 5 inches long.  So, my eats weren't all that today.

4 chicken nuggets (first thing I ate today, at 1pm, thanks to the ct scan)
2 mini homemade lettuce wraps
skim milk
1 oz marble cheese
planter's peanut bar
crystal light

Tomorrow WILL be better.  I have to schedule a drainage of the fluid and then I have to
schedule an appt to see my surgeon to discuss the hernia repair.  =(

Had leftover Oven Stew for dinner tonight and it was so yummy. Mmmm...glad there are more leftovers in the fridge...thinking lunch tomorrow maybe. Love when something tastes good and sits well in the tummy and is full of protein and veggies!

Had my Tuna fish concotion...see my post about it.  It was filling but will have to try again.

made a nice chicken salad on a bed of baby spinach with grapes and homegrown cherry tomatoes. Then I wanted something crunchy so I threw in a serving of Snyder's honey mustard pieces.

I'm still way under my calorie deficit so I'm going to have some salty airpopped popcorn with canola oil. I put 3 tablespoons in a brown paper bag, nuke for 3 minutes, drizzle canola oil, and then add garlic and regular salt. I'm salivating already.

I was cruising... doign great. then I had the first saltine with peanut butter.
Not gonna have a low carb day today.

I ended up with salt fish & peanut curry vegetables. YUMMY!
