You are making your kidneys very happy.
I'm on the road so it's a lot of protein bars and meat.
Tonight the sister in law is making chicken kabobs. Real live home  cooked food.

So I survived a chocolate birthday cake in the office today. Not having a happy day so that was a biggie for me. I was really annoyed with the cake for being in the building but cake tends not to care what you think of it, I've discovered.

Stuck to the food plan I had laid out for the day.

For dinner I am having pinto beans w/ham. Really looking forward to them, actually.  Husband will have some cornbread with his. I'll probably melt a cheese stick in my beans to make me feel better about the cornbread. I could eat a slice, I know. I'm an adult and all that. But it's just too heavy on the pouch.

Ooo...now I am all focused on melt-y cheese. Cheeeeese.

Some food.  Right now everyone else's guess is as good as mine.  I will probably just end up making hamburger helper for the family and winging some leftovers or something for me.  My dinner planning gene is defunct.

It's been a bad food day for me. My schedule has been screwed up since the weekend. I always try to make my protein and fluid goals but not for the last few days. I feel so weak. I've had some coffee, a little fluids and I just got down some rotisserie chicken. I am also sipping on some skim milk with some Walden Farms chocolate syrup.

I don't know. (I know, helpful, right? Why bother posting when you don't know, Charlie)

I'll check my menu board. Maybe just order something delivered. Sushi would be nice.

I'm very, very sad and angry tonight, which tends to kill my appetite completely. SO we'll see. Might just be a protein bar.

I'm sorry you are feeling that way.  I'm having a tough day, myself.  Anyhow, message me

I did my walking today on the treadmill for 44 minutes. I'm trying to eat like a post op tonight and having sugar free pasta sauce that I made and canned with lean ground turkey. I cooked whole wheat pasta for my family but didn't eat any myself.
