 I tell you...this whole water drinking thing...yikes. It makes you PEE! I been upping the water lately and have been subsequently living in the bathroom! (/end TMI)

So tonight I am going to the gym! Other than that I am going to try and get in touch with my sometimes flighty father. (Yes! Nik has a father too!) It's his birthday. 

Um...eats. Well see I made this awesome peanut curry deal with veggies. But I don't necessarily want to eat meat with it. Sigh...so I may need a new plan. I also have this idea in my head of a deconstructed lasagna type deal that is a single serving. May try that out and see how it goes.

Here's what else I had today:

2. Beach Club Unwich (it's getting to be a habit)

 Breakfast  2 scoop Click Mocha with added tsp unsweetened cocoa squirt of Raspberry Torini SF 
Lunch 2 slices Butterball Turkey lunch meat and 1 60 cal cheese stick
hour after lunch - 16 oz of Spark by Advocare for gym workout
Home from gym: 1 scoop Click Mocha 1/2 scoop matrix mint cookie 1 tsp cocoa 
Dinner Lemon caper baked chicken with spinach
Later I will get some fruit in and maybe another shake.

I did an awesome workout with the trainer this afternoon... she beat me down! I loved it! But now I am hungry, still monitoring calories and carbs so having trouble figuring stuff out. I was famished after the workout so I did have about 1/4c cottage cheese with a few blueberries. Taking my carbs to 57 for the day ( had to edit some from the other snacks to get there).
heading out to support group in about 30 minutes, then back to wor****il 1am.

B - 1egg, egg whites, turkey bacon
L - ww waffle, peanut butter (just can't seem to give up this as my pre-gym food)
S - cottage cheese, blue berries
- mint cookie w/ water
- turkey pepperoni, lc cheese
D - rotisserie chicken, turkey bacon, maybe some cheese
S - ww tortilla w/ turkey bacon and tomato slice (another hard to give up carb)
