Pain in left side?

 Does anyone have pain in their left side?  I'm a revision from the band... about 7 months out.  I started to have pain in my left side on and off for about a month or so... I am wondering if it is the scar tissue I have from having the band for 2 years prior or if it is something else?  
At my last appointment the RNP did say I have scar tissue.    The only other thing I have is I am unable to tolerate any type of yogurt?  Is this possibly gallbladder?

Could be gall bladder.  But I recommend you call your Dr. in the morning.  Any type of pain isn't normal and we have sensitive systems.  I wouldn't play around with it.

Your gallbladder is more right sided and upper quad of the abdomen.  Pain from the gallbladder is typically right upper quad pain, sometimes right shoulder and right back.  It causes nausea and vomiting.   When I was newly post op I was having left sided pain.  They kind of blew me off and said it was pretty normal.  I couldnt lay on my left side. When I went to bend over I could feel something inside my abdomen but the NP couldnt feel it with palpation.  So when the pain got out of control they put me in the hosp and had a CT done and it was a hematoma.  The hematoma very quickly turned into an abscess and I ended up very very ill.  I now have been off work for  weeks.  Now I found out I have an ulcer at the anastomosis and it is 2cm in size.  This is causing me left sided pain but not like the abscess pain and in a different place.  I sure hope you get this worked out.  I would want nobody to go through what I have.  I agree about calling your Dr.  I had to be persistant because they were blowing me off until they did the CT scan.  Goodluck. Tammy

I have pain in my upper left area just under the breast but close to the middle of my chest. I did a search on this site and found lots of people with same area but no one had an answer. I did a search online same thing. I have had my heart,gallbladder, pouch, esophogus,pancreas, upper gi. No answer.  If you find out Please post what it is in a new post. I have almost given up on finding an answer.
