Did we talk about what we're eating today?
Busy day!
I got up and did an 8 mile run around the neighborhood. About 4 miles in, my toe scraped the side walk and I took a nasty fall. But scraped knees, hands, a thigh bruise, and broken headphones weren't going to keep me from finishing! I was really proud of myself at the end.
My tattoo appointment was today! I got a stylized version of Robert Lawson's illustration of Ferdinand the bull.
We had to eat lunch first, so my husband and I had a date at Pizzeria Paradiso. Yum! We had a good time and the pizza was wonderfully thin.
After my appointment I made pan fried pork chops for us for dinner. Later tonight we'll both have some snacks (maybe blueberry oat power muffins and yogurt!).
All in all, a successful Sunday.

Today went by so quickly... especially preparing dinner:
B: Bariatric Advantage Orange Cream Protein Shake with Lactose Free Milk
L: String Cheese Stick (very late lunch)
D: Moussaka (modified recipe from Weight Loss Surgery cookbook) - It was my first time cooking it and it turned out REALLY WELL!
Didn't do such a great job with water today but I'll make it up tomorrow!
Good night! BTW, I really like this daily thread... It gives me a lot of great ideas and inspiration to see how those that 6 mos and plus out are doing.
Thanks for all of the advice and support.
