Love the pics. What an inspiration you are to me. You are a cute looking couple. Tell him good job, too! So looking forward too my journey! Keep up the good work. Could you share if you were able to get your protein in daily from the beginning and if exercise was a big part of your success (from the beginning).

In my program we don't do the protien shakes or bars. And we're not told a certain amount of protien we need to consume a day. We ate just told to eat an X number if ounces of dense protien, like steak or pork.
I did excersice a lot to begging with. I did Zumba, kickboxing, treadmill, and a whole bunch of different wii games nearly every day. Now I run. I like running! I don't do miles but I do try to keep active. Mostly I watch hat I eat though.

I know now that my location was never my destination.
