Could you share if you were able to get your protein in daily from the beginning and if exercise was a big part of your success (from the beginning).
In my program we don't do the protien shakes or bars. And we're not told a certain amount of protien we need to consume a day. We ate just told to eat an X number if ounces of dense protien, like steak or pork.
I did excersice a lot to begging with. I did Zumba, kickboxing, treadmill, and a whole bunch of different wii games nearly every day. Now I run. I like running! I don't do miles but I do try to keep active. Mostly I watch hat I eat though.
