What are you eating/doing today? Sigh...Monday
I dunno what's up with my mood today. I feel...I dunno. Some kinda way. I hope I shake it off soon.
Doing: working, going to buy the kids some uniform shirts during tax-free week, going to the gym then coming home.
Eating:
1. Click Frapp
2. I may go get an Unwich from JJ's
3. Greek yogurt + half a peach
4. Clice Decaf before the gym
5. Not sure what's for dinner. I have a head of cabbage I need to use but besides that no idea.

Eating: Last day of pre-op liquid diet (Thank Goodness!)
Doing: Running last-minute errands before surgery tomorrow, laundry, dishes, blah, blah, blah...

An old friend who moved out of state is in town so coming for a visit today with her 3 kids. Another mutual friend is coming over too so we can all spend time together. At the same time, I am watching a different friend's two kids for a few hours while she has a meeting. That makes (counting my kids) 10 people here for lunch! :)
B: Maybe leftover ham & cheese omelet, otherwise protein drink
L: For the crew, making a whole chicken in the oven with a BBQ seasoning, mashed potatoes & gravy, and some sort of veggie
S: Leftover night - have the stuff from lunch, plus yummy stew from yesterday, plus taco stuff from the weekend - so whatever fits my mood
2 protein drinks throughout the day.
I'm also making a whole chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot to drop off at a friend's house for dinner. Her son recently had surgery and then she ended up in the hospital with some other issues. Now that they are all home, a few of us are helping out with some meals. So my house will smell yummy today!
Might bake a pan of brownies for the company and to send a few along with my friend's dinner - we will see how motivated I am this morning...

My mood wasn't too bad. Had a nice time at the National Arboretum yesterday and all. But some bits of news have come down this morning making my Monday less than fun. This too will pass though, right? Right.

Wake-up-Grande Skinny Cinnamon Dolce
B-Oatmeal w/Better N Peanut Butter
L-Crab cake left over from Saturday and little salad
D-Chicken breasts cut up and stir fried in a bit of olive oil with green peppers & onion. Black-eye peas and I'll make the husband some carrots too.
S-Dannon Greek Yogurt in Raspberry

I think my mood is the countdown to mom's birthday (September 14). Expect me to become increasingly emotional. Actually, expect me to post a little less. I'm not a big fan of outward shows of histrionics, so I tend to get quiet. And moody. And I live in the gym.
I figure it'll be hard but I have the tools I need to get through this. I just have to remember to USE them.
