What's for dinner - Friday!
For some reason Friday is my crazy day at work even though half of the place is empty from people having their day off.
Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon crunch bar
Snack:
Matrix bananas and cream protein shake with PB 2 and sf caramel added
Lunch:
Spinach salad with grilled chicken, carmelized onions, sauteed asparagus and mushrooms with no dressing
Snack:
1/4 cup dry roasted nuts
Dinner:
Bang Bang Mongolion BBQ take out....shrimp, scallops, chicken breast, tofu,egg with lots of peppers, onions, garlic and bean sprouts over a little brown rice....I have at least three-four meals from the leftovers
Snack:
sugar free latte

I am still on pureed foods from two weeks ago from surgery. I want to get out of the house and maybe go to a movie, is there anything I can have out right now? Any good suggestions? Not that I can have much but it's kind of frustrating that I can't do what we nornally do on a Friday night.

It's a concoction of chicken sausage, onions, garlic, Swiss chard, sliced tomatoes and cannelini beans with tomato paste, herbs and spices.

I ate some grilled chicken strips for a snack about 3:30 and I never got hungry again...a little before bed but decided I should forgo since I was ready to lay down...now I've been up since 2:30am....I'm always a good sleeper so not sure if it's anxiety keeping me awake or what...hubbys snores woke me today..then the dog jumped on the bed....so to heck with it...I got up. LOL so here I sit.
