What's for dinner - Friday!

Considering I JUST did my first meal like 20 minutes ago...no idea.

Wow...that experiment I did may have worked a little TOO well. I dunno. We'll see when I try again this evening. 

For dinner...with God as my witness I WILL make my Swiss Chard dealie. I am going to the gym tonight so I will make it before-hand then eat when I get back. By that time I HOPE to have worked up an appetite.

So...what I had so far today is: 

1. Oh wait, I had a handful of wasabi roasted peas. There. I don't feel so bad.

I can NOT wait until you put this out on the blog.... I would be the ultimate test of being full!

I had planned to stay after training and work. But no. I think not. When I was going to stay, I was going to have another P28 peanut butter and jelly. Now I don't know if I will still have that or maybe do something else - I have meatloaf, meatballs, taco casserole that won't take long to thaw.
But I am kind of feeling that sandwich and an early bedtime.

 I am trying a few different preparations (lower carb, higher fiber, lower calories, etc.).

 Making fake crab with cheese and brocolli, kids like it too.

 Had a Thanksgiving wrap for lunch...lite wheat wrap with smoked turkey cheese and like 2 Tbs stuffing, I traded myself stuffing for mayo. It was good.

Two homemade crab balls (delicious!) topped with 1 Tbsp of this yummy Jalapeño Greek Yogurt dip that I found at Costco's yesterday.

I just progressed to soft foods this week and this was the first thing that  I have eaten, post-op, that I had to make myself stop at what I know should be my limit.  Guess what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow?
