What are you eating/doing today? FRIDAY!

@Princess Brandy.. I am 8 wks out and still have to chew till food is almost liquid. I take 3/4 of small container of light vanilla yogurt, 2 Tbsp sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 2 slices of banana (can use frozen)...PUt in blender & add about 1/2 cup ice chips. Blend till ice cream consistency. Goes down so well.
Last day of training at work... WOOT!! This dayshift is for the birds!
Yesterday I ended up doing 2 group classes in the gym. A planned one "ABSolute Glutes" (oooh my abs were burning, and my legs were trashed). Then as I was leaving my trainer came in to do her Kickboxing class and talked me into staying. 45minutes of attempting to keep up AND workout. I thought I was going to be falling all over myself, but I at least managed to stay upright. This morning I am SORE! Rest day... for real this time
B - turkey bacon on WW tortilla, slice of tomato
S - 2 donuts. Sigh
L - salad, 2oz turkey, 1/2 boiled egg chopped
S - mint cookie w/ water
D - 1pc P28 with 1tbs peanut butter, 1/2 tbs sf jelly
S - berries and cottage cheese
- if needed turkey pepperoni, laughing cow light

No rain this morning but it's brewing up a nice one for this afternoon. Seems like we've had one almost every evening or early morning. I was up at 4am this morning, my husband woke me up with his noises so then I got to thinking about my interview, bills, money....needless to say after an hour...I got up. I put on my wii just dance video....not trying to create the 3 day pain from my last walk around the block.....found out the gym on base has water aerobics 3 days a week so I'm there next week!
B- Scrambled egg and cheese (got the kid hooked on them)
L- Taco Casserole!!
S- Thinking about chicken strips as a light snack.
D- Asian stir fry veggies with chicken
S- Reduced fat sugar free artic blast
trying to get all my water in.....my 3 month appt is less than 3 weeks away so I want to get as close to 60 lbs as I can but realistically, I'll be happy with 45-50.
Not sure about the weekend, we will go to my Mom's for a visit and hope the weather cooperates for a swim. May try and get out and push mow a small area of our yard. Life is geting better and better!

Today is a rest day for me and I'm trying to not feel guilty for not working out. I'm really trying to not let the guilt seep in and become this wierdly obessive workout girl. So I'm taking a breath, enjoying the late afternoon, going to enjoy my evening plans, and get up tomorrow and do something before I head to the Cape.
