What are you eating/doing today? FRIDAY!
It's raining cats dogs and chickens over here folks! I like it though.
Today is work then I am going to treat myself to an extra-long, extra-intense workout. I have a goal for my weigh-in on Monday and dammit...if I don't get there it will not be for lack of effort on my part!
Ok, so I need to 'fess up. I said I was going on peanut butter restriction again and I've not. I bought a jar of Naturally More peanut butter. I got this idea for Bariatric Foodie (which worked out well btw) and I wanted to try it out. That may be justification but it is what it is, so in the interest of full disclosure I am putting it out there. Feel free to rip me a new one.
Anyhoo...this blog experiment started out trying to make a bite sized "thing" that would work well for pre-workouts. But it's actually turned into part that, part "bathroom marriage counselor" and part appetite suppressant cuz I feel absolutely no desire to eat this a.m. after having had this thing I made (yes, I am being mysterious on purpose). So...there ya go. I may have just invented man-made "Little Pouch Syndrome!"
Eats:
1. Click Frapp if I ever get the desire to ingest nutrients again
2. Not sure. I have to go to the post office so something on the way back from there
3. MAYBE another of these thingies before my workout. Maybe.
4. If that doesn't put me out for the rest of the day, I'll have my cabbage, Swiss chard, sausage, tomato mixture for dinner.
5. Greek yogurt, Fiber One, NSA peach butter for a late night snack if I'm up

Raining here, no gym as I am tired and tender so if I want a halfway decent six miles tomorrow, time to rest.
I am not in a good mood as I'm irritable and I am OVER this intense animalistic hunger. THe last three days have been awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not in my actual eating but I don't think I've ever about been driven crazy by head hunger plus I feel empty!!)
- last two small slices of my quiche, half a cup of Fiber One with 1/4 cup of milk
- Subway for dinner
that's all i know.

Oh, Kitten-this past week I've been so hungry I could "eat the landing gear out of a buzzard's ass". I have been a bottomless pit. And it isn't head hunger......I really think it is hormone related....maybe the lovely menopause is knocking on the door.......
I have been working out more and harder........that may be the cause too??

L-Chunky Healthy Request soup and lo fat Ritz

Dessert-probably none since I'll be having my Friday evening ****tail.
