I made a REALLY yummy dish (although the pic does not do it justice) and I need help naming it! Check out the recipe on Bariatric Foodie and let me know if you have any ideas.

Meanwhile, I'm going to keep eating it...

Cool? COOL!

is this the super filling new food?

Nope. The super fill is actually a "one-bite" food believe it or not...

And based on further testing, yes, I do think it's quite effective. But experiments continue...

It's a blend of herbs you can get at the store.

I updated the post with a link to it (in the recipe) so you can see what it looks like.

International ... something
(swiss chard, Herbs de Provence, cannelini beans, etc)

And it looks like my mom's chuckwagon stew aka "goulash"

sounds like a cassoulet to me. :D what with the sausage and beans that is. I would think this is the "Nikki-approved mini cassoulete" granted theres no bread crumbs or 3 types of meat things. It still sounds delish

This is where i drew my conclusion.

I like French food names.

:)

I'd been thinking of this for a while. I just needed the green and when I bought the chard it sort of all came together in a glorious "aha!" moment. It's really, really good and I'm having it for dinner again tonight!

Haha, i say mini because I don't think duck confit is wls approved ;) but all of this sounds delicious.

Speaking of French foods; With all this rain I've been having I REALLY have been wanting some coq-au-vin. I wonder if there's a way to scale that down in calories.
