Dinner? Whatcha eating?

My schedule is off because I took my girls to the movie.

Here's what I had today though:

B:  Protein shake
S:  Babybel cheese and mixed nuts
L:  Steak
D:  Chicken Curry
S:  Greek yogurt

 Busy day today of making and then re-working and then re-working travel plans for my boss.

Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon Crunch bar
10 dry roasted almonds

Snack:
sugar free latte

Lunch:
spinach salad topped with steak, asparagus, carmelized onions and mushrooms...no dressing

Snack:
Matrix Mint Cookie protein shake

Dinner:
Half a cup of artichoke pasta topped with half a cup of meat and veggie sauce
