Dum Dum Dummmmmm

I finally made Nik's Taco Casserole.  It is in the oven now and smells delicious.  I hope my kiddo will eat it.  I am going to put a little light sour cream and avocado on top.

Breakfast was a click expresso which gave me the jitters.

 Yeah I meant to interject once I noticed your surgery date. You are awfully early out to be trying something with so many different ingredients. Freeze it. It keeps well! And try again in a few weeks. Remember, baby steps!

Yes, and slow down! You have the rest of your life for brocolli and taco casserole and all the rest of it. Your pouch needs to HEAL.

I had a protein bar for breakfast, and some roasted chickpeas for a snack. 

I had a grilled cheese sandwich (with Swiss cheese and sliced tomatoes, my very favorite way to make a grilled cheese) for lunch (well, I ate about 3/4 of it) and a protein shake for a snack (which I enjoyed very much because I haven't had a protein shake in a while because I had been too lazy to drive out to the farm to pick up milk). 

For dinner I had sliced bell pepper with hummus.

I will most likely have another snack later but I dunno what.

 my dinner is a special blt made with 3 slices of turkey bacon, slice of turkey and ham, and cheese on a peice of toasted whole grain bread, lite mayo, tomatoe and lettuce. :) im in the middle of eating it but taking a break. after 3 bites my tummy is saying GIVE ME 5 MIN WOMAN lol! hehe so im answering this :D 

lunch was a boild egg and some cottage cheese
breakfast was a greek yogurt with some fresh strawberrys and blueberrys mixed in. 
snack i managed to gag down a protein shake 

some how i managed 85+ grams of protein today :D first time in a long time now i just have to get some extra water in tonight! :D

I've had a great food day.  The interview went well and I am praying I get it!  If it's meant to be it will be.

S-  more grapes (glad they are gone-too addicting)
L-  Nik's Taco Casserole
D-  1 Cup of asian veggie stir fry with chicken

 On Day 3 of my black bean enchilada leftovers. So good. I could eat these forever. 

Kiddo is sick with The Plague and is bedbound with a 104* fever. I'm going to spend the evening tidying up and playing Florence Nightingale, hoping the fever breaks soon. Fevers make me anxious. I know the heat has a job to do, but when I touch him and damn near sizzle, it's unnerving.

 I think I broke my pouch, LOL... it's been a finicky pouch day.  To be expected, eating new things.  Today I tried to eat some potato/cheddar/broccoli pureed soup that my sister made me, but it felt like a brick and now my pouch is unhappy.  If it decides to behave, I'll make some tuna later... 2oz... I need SOME sort of protein since i'm only at 65g today...
