I had this very nice plan laid out. And now it is in jeopardy.

It's all Hillery's fault!!!!

I had a Mocha protein Frappe planned that was supposed to take my protein into the 40% of daily calories level where I want it but I dunno if that's going to happen. May pass go, collect $200 and go straight to dinner! LOL.

Dinner will be a tuna fish sandwich on an Arnold Thin. With onions. And maybe some sliced cukes and ranch. Cuz that's what I want.

Here's what else I had today:

I had part skim ricotta, crushed tomatoes (same consistency as spaghetti sauce but 2g of sugar so I season it myself), low fat mozzarella, seasonings, nuked until bubbly. I've been having issues getting enough water and protein so I'm headed to get some Isopure Low Carb and some Propel. It's been a rocky first month. :/

hey brandi,
are you looking for the clear protein waters? You want the isopure zero carb.....also check out Cytomax's Whey Isolate comes in watermelon, Tangerine or Tropical....Also Protein Blitz they have grape or fruit punch lots of protein 20 oz bottles. Vitamin Shoppe has these..if you go to vitamin shoppe check to see if they have a cooler they sell singles...easy way to try new stuff.
These saved me I was not able to tolerate shakes for a while. (they are on the vitamin shoppe website if you want to check them out)

my work gave me a $10 gift card for our cafeteria. My chicken salad, nutrigrain bar and salad came to $5. Well you can only use the gift certificate once, and by golly I wanted my full $10! No access to a fridge while in training so I got another nutrigrain bar a cheeseburger and cookies. Sheesh.

So I will probably have the burger and bottom bun for dinner, a nutrigrain bar before the gym.

I am jumping into zumba gear and running out with DD while DH is baking an awesome zucchini/cheese casserole with zucchini and tomatoes from our very own garden...mmmmmmm the house smells delicious as he sprinkled rosemary on it too YUM... can't wait to come back in for dinner...

Hmmmm...not sure. Probably some leftover pork tenderloin with fresh roasted zucchini and summer squash with mashed potatoes....Unless the wife decides she doesnt want leftovers then we'll be going out!

 i had a late lunch and am not even the slightest bit hungry, but i took chicken out of the freezer yesterday so it needs to be cooked, so i'll probably eat some of that and cook the rest for another day.

Pulled out one of our homemade frozen meals...chicken breast, quartered potatoes, and carrots cooked in cream of mushroom soup.

Eh, I dunno. I'm tired of eating. Yep, you read that right. Just plain tired of eating anything. I don't have pain or anything, eating is just a pain in the butt, y'know?

No danger of dehydration cause I drink enough water to float a battleship.
