 Do you remember "Squat Thrusts" from high school PE class?  That's basically a burpee. 

We did tuck-jump burpees today, which are these:

 Yeah no. I went to Baltimore City Public Schools. We were lucky to get one gym class a week and it was mostly spent with the teacher yelling at us to shut up.

 I think if I had to choose between being screamed at and burpees, I'd choose the yelling. Hell, I'd choose just about anything over burpees. A brazillian wax performed in a public arena by an angry Russian sounds more appealing. 

I just googled Hungarian Split Squats, and they look like the kind of exercise where, at first glance, you think, "Oh, I can do that, no problem!" but then after, like, 5, you're in tears.

But Paul says they are hard so I am thinking looks are deceiving.

My trainer calls the "tuck jump" burpees... and squat thrusts, squat thrusts lol
just googled hungarian split squats... that's another fave of my trainer. Basically if it causes pain, agony or cries for mercy it is one of her faves lol

 Don't do it.  They suck.  In that damn Monday class I impulsively took he had us doing 100 of them 25 at a time.

My trainer loves Burpees. I hate them. Seriously.  I posted a burpee cartoon on my facebook and reminded her of them so she says they are on for next week. Yay.

B - Choc protein hot drink with one scoop Click added
S- hot tea and gluten free snickerdoodle cookie
L - spinach salad (boiled egg, avacado, cucumber, red pepper), 1/6 of small gluten free cheese pizza, strawberries
S - organic cheesestick
D: green smoothie ( vanilla protein powder - organic spinach, kale, carrot, 1/2 apple, blueberries, frozen strawberries and 1 c coconut milk) Blend together - yum!
S: just depends if I need one - usually cheese, rice crackers & hummus

S: PB&J on a rice cake
D: steak with my momma
