What's for dinner - Wednesday!

 Let's see...

Breakfast - Cottage cheese
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Chicken Fettucini Smart One dinner
Snack - Fage greek yogurt with a heap of blueberry preserves

Haven't had dinner yet, but as soon as the yogurt's cleared out, I'mma hop on some leftover enchiladas and my edamame/corn/feta salad.  

I'm HONGRY today. And it's that weird kind of hungry where I don't feel it in my stomach, I feel it in my muscles. I need more calories. I need more protein and fat. I need...MORE!

 Food today:

Breakfast: 
Kashi go lean cinnamon crunch bar
10 dry roasted almonds

Snack:
sugar free latte

Lunch:
baked chicken breast topped with ham and cheese
1/3 cup of polenta with roasted vegetables

Snack:
Matrix mint cookie protein shake

Dinner:
Chicken fajita salad topped with salsa, roasted corn, avocado and greek yogurt

Dinner was 1 cheese enchilada, 2 bites of refried beans and 2 chips with salsa.
