What's for dinner - Wednesday!

 Well now that I know I am going to the movies I am DAMN sure gonna eat a heavy dinner. Cuz I don't need to touch anything at that concession stand. Not the popcorn, not even their frickin expensive ass bottled water.

So that's that.

Going to spin class tonight! WOOT! I have not had much today at all. This mind over matter shizz is getting a bit concerning. I sometimes don't eat just to see how long I will go without eating. That's not a good habit to start.

Anyhoo...before spin I'll likely have some type of carb to get me through it. After spin, I'll prolly have some type of protein (in the form of food). 

I am taking my own water and MiO to the movie and some wasabi roasted peas (measured out). Pray for me.

What else did I have today? Oh yes...

1. Egg/Bacon/Cheese sammich on a WW Arnold Thin
2. Mocha Protein Frappe

B. The nasty liquid they give you at the Upper GI (lol)
S.Pull String Cheese ( forgot that) 
L. Tuna on multi Grain with a slice of provolone
S Baked Cheetos
D.Fish and salad
S. not sure maybe yogurt

B - Quest cinnamon roll bar
S - 4 whole grain crackers
L - Greek yogurt
S - Peanuts
D - Deviled eggs (made with yogurt instead of mayo)
Two slices of bacon (mmmm... BACON!)
S - Bariatric Choice chocolate mousse with toasted almonds
(recipe: one envelope of BC dark chocolate protein pudding
mix, 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon almond milk
(unflavored/unsweetened) - mix very well... Once it
starts to thicken (about 3 minutes) add 2
tablespoons sugar free Cool Whip - fold in gently so you
don't knock all the fluff out of it. Refrigerate for one
hour. Serve with toasted almonds on top... omg... to die
for!)

 breakfast: eeeeeh didnt happen
lunch: egg white scramble with a sprinkle of cheese
dinner: maybe the lunchable you introduced yesterdy

Breakfast - Green salad mix, feta
Lunch - Pizza bite things
Snacks - A couple baby carrots, tons of coffee
Dinner - Frozen Eggwhite Jimmy Dean bowl

Baked egg roll with a spinach salad topped with mandarin oranges and shelled edamame and light Asian dressing

I had 2 dinners. yikes.

B1 - mint cookie w/ water
B2 - click w / skim milk
S - quest
L - chicken salad, 2 crackers, some turkey /cheddar cubes
S - chocolate chip cookieS
D - salad w/ chicken (first salad since December... not toooo bad on my guts)
D2 - egg, turkey bacon, 1/2pc P28, slice tomato
S - 1/2 deli flat w/ 1tbs peanut butter

Was supposed to be a rest day, but I rode 6.28 miles on my new bike
