so far
Breakfast: Lunchable 2 stacks with one slice cucumber, 1 slice turkeyham, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
Lunch: I may have a forbidden protien shake have not been to hungry
Dinner: maybe a few grilled spicy shrimp

My program is strict on not snacking so i shy away from it but sometimes i find my tummy hurting from hunger between meals and may have a slice of cheese

I am currently working until 1500 and will be going on another hike around 1700 when it cools a little.

my days get started late.  I don't sleep well at night so once I get the kiddo off to school I usually go back to bed.  So far today I have had a click protein expresso.

I had been eating broccoli (very very soft) with protein and I would get a blockage and puke and finally figured out it must have been the broccoli causing the blockage so I am not sure about broccoli anymore.

You're brave to try cruciferous veggies this early out. I didn't even attempt soft cooked brocolli until a few months out and even 4.5 years out I eat it sparingly.

mmm broccoli...

I was craving it really badly so I made it and if I eat it by itself it goes down fine but if I eat it with protein it gets stuck.

 Soft cooked broccoli sticks me every time if I eat more than 1 or 2 florets.  Can't do it.

Raw broccoli... no problems at all.

It's been a long week and I have consultants shadowing me at work and it is really stressing me out today. I am going to try really hard not to eat my emotions!!

B: WW english muffin, string cheese, banana
S: cheerios, cantulope
L: chicken salad, yogurt
S: carot sticks, red peppers
D: Baked chicken parmesan, broccoli
S: matrix mint cookie shake

Friday will be better...Friday will be better....repeat..repeat! :)

 Im doing an ounce of protein an hour. Woke up not feeling so good. Hopefully it will pass.
